Candidate should have started her career with Development / Engineering Background.

Client Engagement /Account Management:

Exp- At least 18-20 +years with the last 2-4 years in the role of a Client Engagement roles in an IT services company.

Requirements :

- Application development (from Java/ Development or Open systems and cloud)/ technical delivery management experience a must

- 18+ years of work experience as Technical/Delivery Manager with last 2-4 years in Client Engagement roles.

- Financial/Banking domain expert who understand the nitty-gritties of the industry, its emerging trends and needs.

- Experience in specialty on Banking/IB preferred.

- Solid experience in implementing enterprise-grade software solutions for Banking industry

- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, influence, and pitch to key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level

- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs and a good understanding of Change Management processes

- Proven ability to juggle multiple projects/accounts at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail

- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities

- Experience of working in an on-shore/off-shore delivery model from mid to large scale

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Exposure to various types of contractual models and delivery models across the globe.

- Will be managing multiple accounts with a headcount of 500+ into BFSI domain

Responsibilities :

- Serve as lead point of contact for all customer account management matters

- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors where they rely on your insurance technology acumen and look at you for unbiased suggestions

- Identify problems to solve (even those that the customer might not have realized), look for best technology-based options keeping customer interest at the center (E.g. Software to use, build vs buy), perform option analysis and present recommendations to all internal and external stakeholders

- Collect feedback from customers on regular basis (at engagement level, project level, individual level) and work with relevant stakeholders to fill gaps (if any)

- Build and maintain strong long-lasting client relationships

- Closely work with multiple internal departments and their representatives both onshore and offshore with a common purpose of customer delight

- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives

- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement

- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. annual forecasts) and prepare reports on account status

- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
