Operations Manager

A LEADING BPO SECTOR IS HUNTING FOR OPERATIONS MANAGER FOR SYNDICATED LOAN OPERATIONS AT CHENNAI.

Position : Operations Manager

Exp: 8 to 14 yrs

Location: Chennai

Shifts:: Willing to work in night shift

CTC: 8 to 14lpa.

Principal Responsibilities :

- Managing Loans processing on day to day basis, query resolution, handling disputes/escalations.

- Strong Knowledged of Syndicated Loans

- Liaise with internal and external partners eg, Agent banks, counterparts/clients on any issues/resolutions.

- Knowledge on Secondary Loan trading/LC’s/SSI and Investor Relations

- Independently resolve outstanding issues and communicate/escalate problems to Senior

- Management. Participate in industry initiatives and working groups if required

- Knowledge on processing LIBOR Loans/Paydowns/Rollovers/Extensions etc

- Monitoring and ensuring closure of daily/weekly and monthly deliverables in various aspects of aged outstanding items

- Managing KPI and SLAs on ongoing basis

- Leading internal projects and contributing to client driven projects

- Driving productivity and efficiency

- Analysis of reports and determine authenticity of the report, and ability to identify significant
variances.

- Complete ownership of deliverable of team and handling escalations.

- Attend daily calls with customer and explain the status/ progress of deliverables

- Respond to customer queries on deliverables

- Supervision of Team Managers

- Manage Attritions/Maintain effect Cost control environment within the process.

- Initiate various Quality projects .Support various initiatives from Wipro and Citi on process reengineering.

Critical Skills Required:

- Should be proficient in MS Excel (Advanced Skills)

- Should have knowledge on MS PowerPoint, Acrobat

- Proficient in Data analysis MI Reports, Data Gathering and Collation, Data Analysis, Attention to detail and be able to spot any Data quality issue

- Should possess excellent Communication skills

- Good team player

- Good Team handling Skills

- Good Knowledge of Loan Syndication process

- Willingness to work in Night Shifts
