We are in a very urgent need of “LOANS PROCESS (Syndicate Loans / Commercial Loan / Loan IQ / Lending / Letter of Credit) ” for our precious MNC client based at Chennai

Designation: Manager / Sr.Manager

CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION:

- Good Communication Skills

- Strong Analytical skills

- Willingness to work in Night shifts.

- Experience in Syndicated Loans Process ( Investor relations, Letter of Credit & Loan maintenance and Secondary loan trading etc) would be advantage.

- People Management Skills - Experience in Handling Teams, with respect to understanding their needs and be there to resolve their queries

- Focus and set self expectation to meet Key Deliverables as per the KPI / SLA and report the same to the Management and Clients.

- Set Expectation with Team to ensure that all KPI's are met

- Handle queries and be an escalation point of contact for the team and the clients

- Eye to Detail with respect to Cash Reconciliation and handle workflow queue
