Senior Manager - Operations

- Syncremedies is an online and offline integrated medicine consultation service. We are integrating allopathy, ayurveda and homeopathy to provide patients with the best treatment option for their disease via an online video conference interface.

- Syncremedies is a new startup. We are actively seeking a candidate who has significant experience in healthcare and is passionate about operations.

Role :

- Developing and executing operations plans for organization.

Duties and responsibilities : Operations

- Execute on all aspects of the day to day running of the business

- Run the Clinic/Wellness Center Operations-- IT, Staff, Doctors, Inventory, marketing, etc

- Managing the day to day operations of the company

- Managing Patient Care Coordinators (PCCs)

- Daily Reporting: Accounts, P/L, patient reports, registrations, and consults.

- Ensure smooth operations

- Managing our service providers and clients (corporate and individuals)

- Hiring, training and supervising operations staff

- Hiring, training and supervising new PCCs and doctors as needed.

- Additional responsibility: Executing other duties as assigned by the CEO

Compensation - Based on candidate (base salary, incentives and possibly equity)

Requirements :

- MANDATORY: Experience in Healthcare operations (experience in running clinics and medical centers preferred)

- Knowledge of overall Operations, Service Marketing, Sales and Brand Management

- Strong consumer insights and flair for networking

- Experience in healthcare industry.

- Experience in selling a service to corporations

- Ability to handle stress, goals and timeline pressures.

- Has an eye for detail.

- Definite enthusiasm and confidence to take up the challenge

- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry.

- Minimum of Bachelors degree required with strong communication skills and fluent in English, Hindi and one more language.

- Must be located in Bangalore

- Operations experience : Minimum of 3-5 years
