Lead/grown team from 5 to 30+, in your startup or job Responsibilities: 1. Revenue Growth a) Drive the strategy and business model b) End-to-end sales funnel management (lead -conversion-closure) c) Expand business pan-India across major metros 2. Business Development a) Leading the BD effort to achieve the target revenue and sales numbers b) Develop and execute the partnership & alliances strategy c) Build strategy around international growth & execute it 3. Marketing a) Define the overall plan for product marketing b) Identify marketing channels, budget, success metrics & execution c) Identify opportunities for brand building & visibility 4. Hiring & Resource Planning a) Building a solid, target driven team and responsible for creating a positive work environment b) Overall team building for immediate and next level company growth What's on offer: 1.
