Essential Functions / Responsibilities : - Excellent analytical, problem solving, organizational and follow up skills - Demonstrated interpersonal and relationship building skills with the ability to influence and motivate others - Ability to lead multiple project / priorities and drive each to completion - Excellent communication skills, both oral and written - PC proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications required - Experience with settlement systems such as MBS, Dispatch, Trams, SNSS a plus - Experience with existing financial system a plus (TRECS, Oracle, etc) - MBA / CPA preferred Qualifications / Requirements : - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance - Minimum 5 years of Accounting experience - Minimum 5 years of Management experience
