Title: Manager, Digital Analytics (DJ)

Role Summary/Purpose:

- The selected candidate for Digital Analytics implementation team and part of Digital analytics team who will play lead role, also partner with agile, technology, measurement and marketing teams to design and develop analytical solutions and support teams with analysis and reports that showcase values of key digital strategies.

- These solutions are developed in-house and built based on Ensighten (TMS), Adobe Marketing Cloud and Google Analytics 360 principles. Also collaborate with client/personalization teams and provide out of box solutions by customizing it to Synchrony needs.

Essential Functions / Responsibilities:

- Manage & lead respective teams by providing priorities, direction, business alignment, task execution, technical solutioning and career guidance

- Support 3-4 agile teams working on digital platforms & collaborate with Technology and UX teams to understand feature/platform & implement Adobe/GA 360 solutions via Tag Management System

- Responsible for successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of a project, also perform quality checks and provide required sign off and take ownership for data accuracy and integrity, for developed functions

- Create Analytical requirements or stories, partner with agile and DMA teams to implement analytics data solution. Build stakeholder relationship and will be responsible for all affective communications of the projects assigned

- Should be a strong storyteller and have in-depth technical knowledge of each project

- Encourage team members to explore latest tools and techniques in the Industry and leverage them for growth. Always share and continuously evaluate industry best practices in Digital Analytics

- Represent DA IT in multiple forums with strategic projects and build brand for the team

- Build stakeholder relationship and will be responsible for all effective communications of the projects assigned. Will be key Point of contact for any digital analytics related information

Qualifications / Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in any discipline

- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience on implementing Adobe Analytics, GA 360 and any tag manager; Adobe Launch/DTM, GTM, Ensighten, Tealium IQ

- Must have knowledge on understanding business, writing technical requirements, convert requirements to solution and implement them via TMS and partner with measurement team in reporting

- Experienced on leading a digital analytics implementation team

- Experienced working on web & native app technologies/applications like javascript/jquery, HTML, react js, node js, AJAX, Charles, xcode, android studio

Desired Qualifications:

- Working experience in banking and finance sector

- Exposure to marketing and retail concepts

- Strong analytical thinking, problem solving and aptitude

- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams

- Excellent communication skill both verbal and written
