In this role, the candidate would be engaged in providing critical Reporting and SAS Programming expertise in the area of Consumer Finance Fraud Analytics.  - The selected candidate is expected to understand the Consumer Finance Fraud processes and databases and publish reports. The selected candidate is also expected to manage communication rhythm with stakeholders on a regular basis.  Responsibilities :  - The selected candidate will be responsible for independently gathering project requirement and developing approach methodology for ad-hoc analysis  - Responsible for reducing turnaround time for publishing reports by automation and process streamlining through SAS VA/BI automation and provide deeper analytical insights.  - Liaison with fraud operation managers / fraud analytics managers to gather inputs / receive project toll gate sign-offs/present analysis results  - Ensure data completeness, accuracy and timeliness working closely within team on data reconciliation routines.  - Responsible for understanding reporting requirement and data extraction.  - Responsible for publishing critical daily / monthly fraud analytics related reports  Skill Requirement :  Must Have :  - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.  - At least 2 years of experience in analytics and/or reporting  - At least 3 year experience in SAS programming (Base SAS, SAS Macros) along with SAS BI experience.  - Clarity of credit risk and fraud concepts and hands on experience of fraud analytics based projects  - Bachelors in quantitative discipline like statistics, mathematics, economics / BE / BCA / B.Com. / BBA  - Logical thought process, to think through the problem and develop a solution  - Ability to independently work with multiple stakeholders to gather project requirements / inputs, develop analysis approach, extract data, perform analysis and present conclusion / solution  Desirable :  - Strong communication skills with the ability to prepare clear communication and confidently present meaningful analysis to senior and executive management level.  - Demonstrated experience analyzing business data with the ability to distill large amounts of information down to the critical areas of focus. Clear thinker with an ability to think through processes. Proven ability to successfully interact with all levels of an organization.  - Understanding and exposure to statistical techniques like Regression, Classification (eg.
