Shift Timings : 2:00 pm to 11:00 pm

Role Summary/Purpose :

As a Collections Analyst you will have the opportunity to work on various business initiatives that contribute to GECF-Americas, Retail Finance's growth and productivity objectives. This role enables you to work directly with the business in various reporting strategic needs. You will have the opportunity to work with cross functional teams and leverage state of the art tools (viz., SAS,BI).

Essential Responsibilities :

- Understand requirements and create reports based on adhoc requests.

- Develop and support Best-in-class analytic solutions/algorithms for Collections function.

- Support analytic team to build predictive Collections likelihood models to enhance customer strategies.

- Communicates analytic results effectively to peers and managers.

- Support tracking and reporting of strategy champion/challenger tests including preliminary analysis of the performance of the different strategies.

- Support the team with data preparation and basic analytic activities to support model and strategy development. Document Processes.

- Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements :

- 1-2 years- experience in Consumer Credit. Bachelor's degree in quantitative discipline.

- At least 1 year of working experience in SAS.

- Strong Team Player in cross-functional environment.

- Strong written/oral communication skills.

- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Desired Characteristics :

- Work experience in a US financial institution or bank.

- Work experience in Collections environment.
