We are looking for a visionary Process Automation Team Lead to set up and lead an agile RPA team. The successful candidate will leverage his/her process-driven, analytical, technical and business management skills to create and maintain automation (routines/programs) solutions. Solutions will include defining, designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining automations/robots. Essential Responsibilities : - Implement end to end Robotic Process Automation for different manual processes. - You will be responsible as the tech lead for the agile team coding and configuring automation process components from low-level design (LLD) or technical design documents (TDD) to meet defined requirements. - You will also validate automations by performing unit testing and ensuring that configuration control is always maintained. - Design RPA solutions in accordance with standard design principles and conventions; provide inputs to / review of object design instructions, process design instructions, solution design documentation, operational impact documentation, test plans, release notes. - Configure new RPA processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand. - Leads and/or participates in the problem identification/error resolution process, including tracking, repairing and reporting defects - Leads and/or participates in testing activities, including integration testing, end-to-end (business process) testing and user acceptance testing - Creates and maintains process, technical, project or other documentation, as may be required, to support development, project management and training - Coordinates sign-off approvals by business and/or technical staff to certify successful results of milestone deliverable(s) or phase completion, including program development and Deployment. - Performs code review of the RPA developers and provides constructive feedback to ensure quality of code Basic Qualifications/Requirements : - Bachelor's degree in any engineering discipline or MCA with 8+ years of IT experience - Automation Anywhere Certification and 3+ years of experience developing bots using Automation Anywhere - Hands-on experience for more than one year with at least one other RPA Technologies (UI Path or Blue Prism) - At least 4 to 5 years of professional experience in programming (including scripting /coding preferably in Java), SQL and relational databases, and application development - Experience of leading an agile team - Ability to work with the business to understand use cases, translate them to automation design, and develop bots - Good knowledge of Agile development methodologies. - Excellent Oral and Written communication Desired Characteristics : - Demonstrated ability to execute on projects in a timely fashion without sacrificing quality. - Proven track record of initiating and driving actions to improve the performance of Technology systems. - Proven ability to define business requirements and apply various technical solutions. - Strong track record of understanding and interest in current and emerging technologies demonstrated through training, job experience and/or industry activities. - Strong team player - collaborates well with others to solve problems and actively incorporates input from various sources.
