Organizational Overview :


- Performance marketing team is the engine behind business growth as it handles majority of marketing activities.


- This includes targeting right audience though campaigns, distributing content via channel marketing, conducting thorough analysis of campaign launches and budgets, and also ensuring the compliance via surveillance and governance all to maximize results and maintain a competitive edge. Together this team drive ROI and elevate the Synchony's brand presence in a dynamic market


Role Summary/Purpose:


- As AVP, Campaign Operations you will be an integral member of the Growth marketing within Synchrony Financial, India. In this role, you will collaborate closely with client marketing managers to identify new or standard marketing campaign possibilities. Your responsibilities will encompass the execution of omnichannel campaigns, offering insights for strategy and optimization and suggesting future marketing initiatives. Additionally, you will also play a key role in the transition of work from offer to journey based campaign approach.


This position is remote, where you have the option to work from home. On occasion we may request for you to commute to our nearest office for in person engagement activities such as team meetings, training and culture events. Essential Functions / Responsibilities:


- Manage marketing campaign data file processing for SYF clients.


- Collaborate with stakeholders on customer targeting strategy, segmentation by keeping the data privacy and governance intact across marketing initiatives.


- Build and track the customer journeys to have the appropriate offers sent out.


- Build and use the customer profile templates for effective targeting and segmentation.


- Works with and/or implements data integrations (in CDP platform) in support of customer use cases and journeys.


- Subject matter expertise in CRM tools, SYF data warehouses, segmentation reporting, suppression exclusions and file outputs.


- Be a solution engineer by generating new ideas which can drive not only continual optimization of marketing campaigns but also the effective customer targeting.


- Proactively propose, initiate & execute process improvement that creates business impact for campaign data file execution processes.


- Multi-channel implementation, data driven marketing, design forward thinking.


- Ensure all campaign file execution process controls are followed and file outputs are completed in a compliant manner according to SYF guidelines.


- Lead & manage the development of team members also mentor team members on process execution and technical skills.


- Work with cross-functional teams to facilitate the data collection and performance measurement process and escalates issues as necessary and make contributions to research and analyses on priority projects within established guidelines.


Required Skills/Knowledge:


- Minimum 5+ years with database marketing experience within financial services focusing on client lifecycle/acquisition management


- Good understanding of credit business market and specifically in the campaign operations domain.


- Good knowledge of SAS, SQL, UNIX, and Excel.


- Experience of customer data platforms (CDP) such as Blueconic (or) Salesforce (or) Tealium (or) Adobe etc.


- Experience of any CRM tools such as SAS CI (or) Unica (or) Adobe etc.


- Knowledge on Soap API's, Rest API's, Data Triggers in real time, Building real time customer profiles and Push notification


- Experience in setting up the personalized campaigns which can be targeted via digital channels


- Worked understanding of Agile methodology


- Solid interpersonal skills at all organizational levels, including the ability to communicate effectively and influence others in the business.


- Experience with statistical analytics languages and platforms is a plus i.e., Python, Hadoop etc


- Proven organizational and timeline management skills. Proven skills in handling multiple projects simultaneously


Desired Characteristics:


- Proven ability to manage and execute campaigns in a detail-oriented environment.


- Having good understanding of Digital marketing i.e., targeting audiences via digital platforms


- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement new procedures/programs.


- Ability to drive initiates


- Good knowledge of latest Analytical practices in the Industry


- Knowledge of latest Analytics Data Visualization tools like Tableau & SAS VA


Eligibility Criteria:


- Bachelor's degree with minimum 5+ Years of working experience in Campaign Operations domain along with maintaining customer/client/vendor relationships, or in lieu of a degree 7+ Years of working experience in Campaign Operations domain.


Work Timings: (Flexible to 3.30 PM IST to 9.00 PM IST)
