This is an Individual Contributor role : Key Responsibilities : - Resolve employee relations issues and address employee grievances by proactively partnering with employees on a regular basis - Have a continuous grip on the pulse of employees and work with colleagues in HR team to create and implement initiatives aimed at improving work relationships, building morale and enhancing productivity and retention - Regularly provide policy and people process guidance to employees - Lead the site-level implementation of fun-at-work element of the engagement framework, including but not limiting to site level celebrations, offsite planning, snacks, gifts procurement and disbursement etc. - Ensure that the site is always compliant with applicable compliances and proactively report any non-compliance to the site and HR leadership - Ensure timely completion and communication (to employees) of probation and appraisal process - Own the overall facility administration of the site - being the point of contact for the building maintenance services (BMS) to ensure smooth office administration such as internet, parking, AC, visitor management etc. - Own maintenance of IT assets (including warranties, replacements etc.) and share monthly MIS to this effect - Conduct interview coordination, pre-onboarding process, joining, onboarding and offboarding formalities for all new joiners at site Requirements : - Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline - Knowledge and exposure of independently implementing and managing activities relating to engagement, retention and office administration - Problem solving approach with strong emphasis on process orientation and data driven decision making - Skilled at negotiation, presentation, and execution - Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills - Meticulous, hard-working, and goal-driven - Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company The candidate should be a quick learner and should be up to date with current technology trends.
