As a Recruitment Specialist, you will : - Interact with the hiring managers for technical interviews & requirements - Perform the initial screening for the applicant and coordinate with Hiring Managers and job seekers for scheduling and conducting interviews - Recruit for all levels of candidates, from Developers to Engineering Lead - Ensure quick turnaround time for fulfilment - Manage applicant-tracking system (Recruiter Box) on an ongoing basis - Connect with passive candidates for reference generation, future requirements - Develop multiple sourcing strategies depending on complexity of the position to hire by effectively using all the sourcing channels Instahyre, Tophire, Social Networking Sites (LinkedIn Recruiter), LinkedIn groups and Internal ATS by posting the jobs, and Employee Referrals - Work with hiring managers to ensure recruiting activities have the appropriate prioritisation, are being acted on in a timely manner Minimum Qualifications: - Human Resource Degree or equivalent practical experience - Previous experience recruiting for modern technical roles (in cloud, Software Engineering, Data Engineering or DevOps) highly desirable! Preferred Qualifications: - 2 to 4 years of recruiting experience in a technical recruitment role - A track record of personal accountability, strong work ethic, integrity, and proven organizational skills with attention to detail - Ability to handle and enhance candidate relationships - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships in technical communities About Synaptic Synaptic is a Gurgaon and San Francisco based startup that is bringing the power of alternative data to the world of investing.
