Roles and Responsibilities: - Managing all aspects of client requests (our clients are investment firms, VC, PE) - understand the requirements, work with various internal teams to gather the required information, create and share the final output - Own tickets raised by clients - work with the relevant team to fix the issue within defined SLAs; proactively research alternatives when the appropriate resource is unavailable - Work with the CS Manager on internal reporting and dashboards - Keep accurate records, document internal and external communications Skills required: - Timeline and process-driven while managing multiple customers, tasks, and projects - Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, MS Word - Experience preferable with tools like Salesforce, Hubspot etc. - Strong communication skills, and fluent in spoken and written English Requirements: - 1-2 years experience in a client-facing role, preferably in B2B/SaaS/Research Educational Qualification: MBA + B.Tech (Preferred) About Synaptic : Synaptic is a Gurgaon and San Francisco based startup that is bringing the power of alternative data to the world of investing.
