Job Title : Branch Manager

Job Description/ Role :
Job Role : The main purpose of the role is to achieve the sales target of the assigned branch, directly as well as through branch sales force. This role provides direction and leadership to the field staff, while responsible for the customer satisfaction and market share within the assigned territories.
Job Responsibilities :
- To accomplish branch sales & service objectives
- Overall administrative responsibility of respective branch
- To establish sales objectives by making PJP of sales force in assigned territories in consultation with TSEs - TSMs
- To maintain and expand distributor and ASP network base by continuously monitoring and counseling sales force
- Adhered and strictly follow - SOG-Sales Operating Guidelines and Pricing Policy.
- Timely enrolment of dealers / ASPs in the branch as per agreed target.
- Responsible for Dealers and distributors Meet arrangement in coordination with Zonal Heads.
- Accountable for ensuring ongoing initiative - BANDHAN with respective business partners.
- Conducting monthly branch meeting for review and planning.
- Building and maintaining rapport with key distributors / dealers and identifying new customer opportunities
- To identify new product opportunities and changes in existing ones through direct consumer feedback, and providing the same to the marketing team
- Tracking competition
- Ensuring proper execution of E-sampark policy in the assigned territory
- Ensure DVSR reports of the team
- Verify the expenses of the team and forwarding to HO in time
- To implement trade promotions activities
- To minimize service call loads by achieving minimum TAT.
