Your key metric would be NRR (net revenue retention) each partner is able to generate - Set up and improve existing process in the company to ensure high partner satisfaction and increased revenue from the partner - Run continuous activation and marketing programs with the partner to ensure uptake of Symbo's products - Build and nurture a team of aspirational Partner success professionals and help them achieve their career goals
