A quick summary of the role :

The Customer Success function at Symbo is responsible to ensure our partners are able to achieve their desired outcomes with the partnership in the least amount of time. As a leader in this function, you will be responsible to onboard our partners and also deepening the relationship. In order to be successful, you need to be great with data, problem-solving, and deeply care about the partners' user base as well, so as to add value to the end-user. The position will report to the CGO and is based in Mumbai.

Roles and responsibilities :

- Own the entire experience Symbo's partners have with the company, right from onboarding to successful go-live

- Develop, manage and grow client portfolios. Be a trusted advisor to the client when it comes to embedding insurance products within their product offerings

- Analyze user data and buying patterns to ensure high pick-up rate of Symbo's products within the partner's environment. Your key metric would be NRR (net revenue retention) each partner is able to generate

- Set up and improve the existing processes in the company to ensure high partner satisfaction and increased revenue from the partner

- Run continuous activation and marketing programs with the partner to ensure uptake of Symbo's products

- Build and nurture a team of aspirational customer success professionals and help them achieve their career goals

Requirements

- 7+ years of total experience. Experience in B2B Software Sales and Fintech preferred

- At least 2 years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success role

- Bachelors Degree in any discipline. Entrepreneurial stint a plus

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Creative, persistent, resourceful, detail-oriented, highly organized, hands-on

- Strong problem solving and analytical skills

- Self-driven, comfortable with a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous environment
