Market Manager

Job Description :

Acquiring merchants, who will sell on SyberPlace.com and mobileApp; identifying opportunities to move up in the food chain to reduce middlemen and consequent costs, while improving quality

- Providing thought leadership to enhance the business of each merchant 50-100% in a year

- Nurturing these relationships to establish mutual trust

- Collaborating with executives in the Company to identify opportunities for your market

- Managing fulfillment meets service level set by the Company

- Reducing costs to improve value proposition for customers while improving profitability of the Company

Qualifications :

- 10th - minimum 65% (ICSE/CBSE only) (state board candidates will not be shortlisted)

- +2 - minimum 65% (ICSE/CBSE only) (state board candidates will not be shortlisted)

- Bachelors (in any discipline) - minimum 65%

- MBA/PGDM - minimum CGPA 3/ 4.33, 8/10, 6/8 or similar

- Experience in current job - Minimum 2 years (Anyone with less experience than 2 years in current company, do not apply)

- Compensation - in last 12 months take home between 10L to 14L

- Expected Compensation - 14L to 19L (can expect a hike of 20% - 30%)
