The incumbent will manage key HR Processes like Performance, Talent Processes and Employee Engagement for select departments.
Key Deliverables:
- Implement performance management, communication and engagement initiatives across functions in the organization
- Create initiatives around talent management, career planning and succession management and ensure execution
- Manage the Performance Process, cascades to employees and partner with leadership to ensure smooth execution
- Manage key employee life cycle processes
Skills & Qualifications :
- Full time MBA (HR) from Premier B School
- High on persuasiveness and motivation
- Be hands-on and gets work done
- Eye for detail
- Good Analytic Skill
- Flair for engaging with people and developing relationships and ability to work in diverse teams
- Ability to manage crisis situations involving direct HR intervention in a composed manner
