The incumbent will manage key HR Processes like Performance, Talent Processes and Employee Engagement for select departments.   Key Deliverables:   - Implement performance management, communication and engagement initiatives across functions in the organization   - Create initiatives around talent management, career planning and succession management and ensure execution   - Manage the Performance Process, cascades to employees and partner with leadership to ensure smooth execution   - Manage key employee life cycle processes   Skills & Qualifications:   1. Full time MBA (HR) from Premier B School   2. High on persuasiveness and motivation   3. Be hands-on and gets work done   4. Eye for detail   5. Good Analytic Skill   6. Flair for engaging with people and developing relationships and ability to work in diverse teams   7. Ability to manage crisis situations involving direct HR intervention in a composed manner
