We are digital merchandisers serving mobile lifestyle. SyberPlace has grown 20x in 2014-15 compared to previous FY. We are expanding our reach to 500 locations across 35 markets in India.

Order fulfillment is an essential element for an eCommerce company today. In order to yield output it is imperative to keep a strong logistic & supply chain system. Assurance Manager shall be responsible for handling all orders, shipments and RTOs in the company. The role is to Plan, direct, or coordinate, warehousing, distribution & forecasting.

This position is all about collaboratively communicating and performing daily operations to meet goals. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working long hours to accomplish business goals and look forward to be rewarded accordingly. This role involves:

Job Profile :

- Direct or coordinate comprehensive logistical or reverse logistical functions of products

- Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems & customer issues.

- Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with business systems or processes, such as customer sales, order management, accounting, or shipping.

- Maintain metrics, reports, process documentation, customer service requests etc.

- Supervise the work of logistics partners, planners, or schedulers.

- Continuous efforts to ensure achievement of cost, productivity, accuracy, or timeliness objectives.

- Negotiate with Logistic carriers to improve supply chain efficiency or sustainability.

- Negotiate transportation rates or services with current and new logistics supplier

- Develop risk management programs to ensure continuity of supply in emergency scenarios.

- Plan & procure packing and other material to meet production requirements

Reconciliation with Logistic partners for transit and return shipments on a weekly basis

- Carrier monthly invoice reconciliation on regular basis

- Ensure Company is in compliance with laws and regulations regarding transportation, including hazardous materials. Resolve any legal issues pertaining to transportation/distribution

- Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, and maintaining them over time. Getting members of a group to work together to accomplish tasks.

Eligibility Criteria :

- Secondary- A minimum of 65% from any Board of examination in India, medium of education is English

- +2- A minimum of 65% in Commerce, from any Board of examination in India, medium of education is English

- Graduation - A minimum of 65%, from any University / College in India

- Post Graduation - A minimum of 65% from NAAC Accredited, graded A or above, institute

- Experience - Minimum 2 years in current job
