SyberPlace.com is seeking a Manager, Digital Sales. S/he will pursue sales goals while maintaining necessary margins. This will require continuous review and alignment of product mix on assigned channel. S/he interfaces with senior managers in various functional areas in assigned channel to develop, implement and track sales plans, and for payments.
Location : This position is based out of Hyderabad.
Responsibilities:
- Work with Channel's digital marketing and category management teams to create campaigns that yield substantially higher shipments at bigger margins to achieve Rs. 25 crore per month business with Snapdeal.
- Work with Channel's account management and finance teams for better payment terms, reduce costs and arrange financial support to increase business.
- Strengthen relationship with Channel executives to enlist their support to grow the business.
- Leverage your social and analytical skills to achieve conflicting goals.
- Manage potential conflict with other sales channels of the Company to deliver on your business goals, by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, without bending rules of engagement.
Eligibility:
- Master's in business from any of the top business schools (prefer Marketing Majors)
- Through out- 65%

- High level of ownership and accountability
- Creative thinking - should be able to think on his feet - to create successful product mix and secure best TOTs
- Single minded focus on targets and results, strong bias for action - SyberPlace works at a very rapid pace
- Excellent problem solving, negotiation, and interpersonal/communication skills
- Ability to translate strategies into execution plans and take them to completion
