SyberPlace.com - Customer Service

We are digital merchandisers serving mobile lifestyle of our customers. SyberPlace has grown 100x in 20 months and 30x compared to previous FY.

The Position is based out of Hyderabad.

Key Job Responsibilities (Voice+Non-Voice) :

- Attend telephone calls and emails; provide product information to achieve sales goals; respond to customer calls and send email with complete information that the customer can use for making buying decisions

- Maintain and monitor LiveHelp to track shoppers on SyberPlace.com, and provide them chat-help in making buying decisions

- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics to deliver goods to customers, within the stipulated time and collect delivery confirmations

- Coordinate with service centers for after-sales support; monitor and maintain service requests (SR) on ServiceDesk; maintain asset information of goods sold, for better after sales service and follow-up, as also to increase sales of "performance" services

- Research and resolve complaints to ensure customer retention and satisfaction

- Contact prospect customers via email, call, etc to provide sales of services and bundled products.

- Collect product and service reviews from customers

- Manage the content for Newsletter, and continually increase its subscription;

- Register customers on website. Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media.

- Answer customer queries and register and resolve customer complaints, via phone, email, mail, or social media

- Assist customer with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.

Qualifications :

- A Graduation in hospitality or tourism, with an aggregate score of a minimum of 65%

- A minimum of 65% in 12th (Intermediate, +2), in English medium

- A minimum of 65% in 10th, in English medium
