Area Manager - Merchant Acquisition/ B Com+ MBA

We are digital merchandisers serving mobile lifestyle. SyberPlace has grown 20x in 2014-15 compared to previous FY. We are expanding our reach to 500 locations across India.

Area Manager shall be responsible for a business of Rs. 100 crore per annum. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working long hours to accomplish business goals and look forward to be rewarded accordingly.

This role involves:

- Acquiring merchants, who will sell on SyberPlace.com and mobileApp; identifying opportunities to move up in the food chain to reduce middlemen and consequent costs, while improving quality

- Providing thought leadership to enhance the business of each merchant 50-100% in a year

- Nurturing these relationships to establish mutual trust

- Collaborating with managers in the Company to identify opportunities for your merchants

- Managing fulfillment meets service level set by the Company

- Reducing costs to improve value proposition for customers while improving profitability of the Company

Eligibility:

- Secondary- A minimum of 65% from any Board of examination in India, medium of education is English

- +2- A minimum of 65% in Commerce, from any Board of examination in India, medium of education is English

- B. Com- A minimum of 65%, from any University / College in India that has been accredited by NAAC and graded A

- MBA- A minimum of 65%, from any University / College in India that has been accredited by NAAC and graded A

- Experience- Minimum 2 years in current job; those working in IT / ITeS / BPO companies are not eligible

Skill Required:

- A strategic thinker who is able to develop and refine plans for successful negotiations and merchant on-boarding

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Hands on and resourceful to be able to get work done
