Our organization is presently seeking a Business Manager- Digital Sales, who will manage digital sales, product assortment on different web stores.

- He develops and implements sales strategies with the partner web store in order to maximize revenue and meet sales goals. He represents the company in all activities associated with the partner.

This position is based out of Hyderabad and Bangalore.

Responsibilities:

- Act as Single Point of Contact with the partner. Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in partner accounts.

- Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, technical and management resources, in order to meet web store performance objectives and partners’ expectations.

- Manage sales activities of the web store to generate revenue. Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in the accounts.

- Proactively lead a joint planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive relationship with the partner.

- Proactively assess, clarify, and validate partner needs on an ongoing basis.

- Sell through web store to end users in coordination with web store sales resources.

- Manage potential conflict with other sales channels of the company by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to the rules of engagement

- Lead solution development efforts that best address end-user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and web store personnel.

- Ensure partner compliance with MoU.

- Analyze market trends and accordingly develop sales plans to increase brand awareness.

- Stay up to date with latest developments in marketplace and competitor activities.

- Work with web store personnel to develop sale proposals, pricing and promotional activities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/ Master’s degree from any of the top schools with at least 65%

- 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce industry

Skills, Competencies & Languages:

- Deep market & product understanding

- High level of ownership

- Leveraging industry experience for creating a successful product assortment and secure best TOTs

- Ability to meet targets and deadlines.

- Excellent problem solving, B2B negotiation, and interpersonal/communication skills

- Ability to translate strategies into execution plans and take them to completion

- Willing to take calculated risks to grow the portfolio

- Must be willing to learn & develop e-commerce way of thinking

- Ability to connect with people across teams & levels

- Strong bias for Action - SyberPlace works at a very rapid pace
