Social Media specialist for Swoo What we are looking in you is someone who can, - Build and execute Swoo's social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification - Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages Swoo's community members to take action (Share the content/ play the game) - Optimize Swoo pages within each platform to increase the visibility of swoo's social content - Work with customer support team to define and determine the process of moderation of all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community - Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules - Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information - Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, product etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions - Ability to give a clear creative brief to designers Requirements - Minimum of 2-4 years of social media, content marketing, and channel management experience, preferably for an OTT product - Passion for social media copywriting. - Prior knowledge of crafting viral marketing promotions and nurturing it towards the business goals - In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective and how they can be deployed. - Ability to effectively and creatively communicate information and ideas. - Multi-media experience preferred but not mandatory, especially proficiency in design, publishing, web, and audio/visual production tools - Ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines - Have a deep interest in staying abreast with current affairs (global and national) - Though not mandatory be comfortable in keeping a track of and analyzing social media through analytic tools - This role will be an equal mix of creative implementation.
