Strategic Account Manager - Swiggy Plus

Context:

Plus is a new category that's being built at Swiggy with the objective of making Swiggy the preferred destination for healthy and guilt-free food.

The Role:

The role entails working closely with 25 to 30 strategic restaurant partners (both local and national accounts) on the following objectives:

1. Own the relationship and success of restaurant partners on all aspects pertaining to the Plus category

2. Work with partners to proliferate healthier and guilt free food choices on their menu. Be iterative in recommendations. Keep a close tab on the success of this assortment

3. Work with partners on establishing a baseline level of hygiene standard in their kitchen. Enable them to maintain these standards on a going basis

4. Help restaurants tap into the right supply chain for procuring ingredients and essentials required to scale up healthy offerings

5. Work with restaurants on enriching content and driving transparency on their existing assortment

Candidate Fitment:

We are looking for individuals with 4+ years of experience in sales, key account management who are passionate about the health and wellness space. Individuals who have helped build tech enterprises centered around health and wellness are also welcome to apply
