Roles and Responsibilities : 1) Keep a close eye on inventory status in the ecosystem and identify promotion and liquidation opportunities. 2) Own P&amp;L from a stock wastage cost impact point of view. 3) Manage a team of Managers and Executives for timely and efficient execution. 4) Devise B2C integrated campaigns with the aim of acquiring and retaining customers. 5) Identify stock on which promotions, campaigns and liquidation will be executed via the B2C channel. 6) Design SOPs to design and run campaigns. 7) Develop tools to measure and track the success of the campaigns. 8) Identify leads for B2B liquidation of stock and build strong relationships. 9) Partner closely with external vendors and channel owners to liquidate excess stock. 10) Identify stock on which liquidation will be executed via the B2B channel. 11) Manage the procedure, implementation and tracking of B2B liquidation. 12) Work within a budget and report any overspend, Coordinate with various stakeholders within different functions to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and liquidation. 13) Develop excellent relationships internally to understand the inter dependencies of other teams. 14) Deliver regular reports of campaign results, including web analysis and evaluation of KPIs. Desired Candidate: 1) Minimum 2 years of B2B Liquidation of Groceries experience is mandatory. 2) 5-8 years of work experience with at least 2 years of relevant experience in B2B Liquidation of Groceries. 3) Preferably from a consumer facing e-commerce company with experience in liquidation and promotions. 4) Candidate should have strong business acumen and negotiations skills. 5) Proficiency in MS-Excel/Google Sheets is a must. 6) The candidate should be able to handle key Excel Functions and create reports. 7) The candidate should have highly analytical background and should have strong execution skills. 8) The candidate should be able to operate on internal ERP software and prior experience on similar tools will be advantageous.
