Roles & Responsibilities : - Responsible for end to end HR Functions - Lead and Implement programs aimed at maintaining a stable and sustainable IR climate - Ensuring effective grievance redressal mechanism - Monitors and maintains statutory requirements for the region. - Liasoning and responding to statutory authorities pertaining to labour - Resolving employee grievances. - Ensuring compliance to statutory areas and allied national projects in the fields of employee engagement and recognition. - Being part of the Central IR and ER to design/executing required interventions for the organisation. - Should be able to Independently handle enquiry process Job Requirements : - Post Graduate in Management - 7-12 years of experience in IR & ER - Strong communication skills - Strong understanding of Compliances and ER & IR landscapes
