- Defining the meat category's positioning + proposition on Swiggy and key consumer journeys
- Doubling down on positioning, and defining moments of truth along with key issues / initiatives to be undertaken
- Identifying the right metrics to measure and track across the consumer and order lifecycle and appropriate targets for the same
- Defining the category's annual strategy and owning execution of the same
- Solutioning, executing and managing key projects related to our strategy / consumer journeys. For e.g. solving for customizations, quality of produce etc.
- Understanding the store partner ecosystem and identifying best practices to drive win-win engagements to influence experience, assortment and economics
- Enabling migration from a rudimentary meat tech capability to more evolved Swiggy systems, resulting in end to end product and tech journey exposure. Working closely with product, tech and operational stakeholders to enable the same
- Enabling stakeholders on their projects wrt category management and execution support, to influence their solutioning and execution of projects
- NPS tracking and improvement
- Tracking category developments including new consumer trends, competition intelligence, sector developments, consumer sentiment etc.
Desired profile:
- 4-7 years experience in consumer tech, consulting or strategy
- Demonstrated problem solving and stakeholder management skills
- Sound analytical reasoning and abilities
- Comfortable with owning and managing work-streams end to end, i.e. from conceptualization to closure
- Good communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Comfortable with fast-paced on-ground execution
