We are looking for Recruiters who can help us build and scale Swiggy and help us build the best talent. - 2 to 7 years of experience in recruiting in a cutting edge &amp; fast paced environment - Should have experience working on diverse requirements- Backend Dev, Frontend Dev, Data Science, Data Engineer, Mobile Applications, Data Analytics etc - Experience working on different hiring tools - Job Boards, Professional Networking Platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub etc - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are needed; should be able to multi-task, prioritize and maintain a positive attitude. - Good written/ verbal communication skills and should be a good team player. - Ability to deal swiftly with any last-minute schedule changes and react responsibly What will you do : - Source and hire top talent across India for different positions. - Build and maintain an active pool of candidates to meet future hiring targets in an effective manner. - Acting as the liaison between candidates and interviewers, interacting with hiring managers and scheduling interviews basis available slots. - Provide support in other hiring activities for the recruitment.
