This role will be a part of the Central Brand Marketing team, handling consumer research and insights. Swiggy has become integral to consumer lives over the past 4 years. We are looking forward for someone to join us in driving strong quantitative and qualitative consumer understanding, that will help us build the right products and marketing communication. Job Description 1. Lead the marketing research sub-function through - qualitative and quantitative research, handling end-to-end responsibilities covering research scope, design, operations and analysis. Project Scale could range from 0.05 to 1 Cr. 2. Drive key research charters including brand track, category studies and New product development research. 3. Conduct Media consumption and Cross Media Effectiveness studies - work with the campaign managers to draft research design, rollout and analysis. 4. Agency/Vendor Management : Evaluation, onboarding, managing legal, finance and accounts processes. Requirements 1. 3+ years of total work experience . 2. Full time MBA from a Tier 1/II business school is compulsory. 3. Strong language skills : written and oral. 4. Should have experience and expertise in moderating/directing FGDs, Depth Interviews. 5. Experience working on all or a few in Brand Tracks, Segmentation Studies, Brand Equity researches, Product testing, Creative testing and Online Consumer Panels. 6. Experience in consumer immersions across multiple geographies. 7. Work experience in E commerce or Food & Beverages industry or with a consumer research agency is highly preferred
