Swiggy - Marketing Analyst

Educational Qualification: Bachelors (Engineering/Economics/Math/Statistics/Applied Mathematics/Operations Research or related degrees

Relevant Experience :- 1-2+ years of work experience in a related position, as a business analyst / marketing analyst building/providing analytics solutions for various business problems

Functional Competencies:

Must have : Advanced knowledge of SQL/Excel; basic knowledge of statistical techniques in business analytics domain

- Mild Programming background and preliminary knowledge of any one of the following languages : SAS / Python / R

- Experience in BI and Visualization; ability to create BI reports (with visualization) for easy consumption of key business stakeholders

- Ability to convert analytical output into clear, concise, and persuasive insights & recommendations for technical & non-technical audience

- Provide solutions but not limited to: Customer Segmentation & Targeting, Business Target Management, Customer Churn Modelling, Customer Lifetime Value Estimation, Traffic / Growth Forecasting, Marketing Mix Optimization, Multi-Touch Attribution Modeling, Campaign Analyses

Good to have :

Experience in Marketing Analytics in eCommerce / Retail / Telecommunications domains

Knowledge of Machine learning algorithms

Experience in building statistical models (Linear / Logistic Regression etc.,)

Experience working with big data platforms, like Hadoop, Hive, HBase, Spark, etc
