Job Description: - Source new partners and execute exciting partnership solutions - Negotiate attractive partnership deals and ensuring mutually beneficial partnership terms that are in line with business objectives and strategy - Program manage the onboarding process and take new partners live - Work on the commercial and business models along with business and finance teams - Maintain and deepen relationships with existing partners - Develop metrics to measure ROI from partnerships - Conceptualise new strategic initiatives that could be built around or benefit from new or existing partnerships. Desired Skills: - 3-4 years of total experience with 2 yrs of experience in a similar role - Strong track record of success in building partnerships - High ownership & bias for action. - Demonstrate the ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization - Understanding of Data Analytics, strong MS Excel & PowerPoint skill
