Swiggy - Manager - Kitchen Operations Excellence

- Lead multiple projects for improving customer experience (across both food & packaging)

- Work on feedbacks of stealth brands & improve the customer offering

- Use operational excellence tools to reduce the cycle time of delivery of orders across brands

- Work with city heads on deriving priority projects for efficiency enhancement across units

- Work on projects related to inventory management to reduce stockouts & hence improve availability of units

- Work on projects related to cost optimization across cities in the region

- Support projects related to EBITDA improvement for the city (this will include Food/packaging/labour costs reduction)
