Manager - Indirect Tax Job Responsibilities : 1. Prepare/Review the appropriate responses/submissions for notices from GST / Income-tax department and co-ordinate with consultants for seeking resolutions and redressals from the department 2. Represent the organisation for all appearances before the GST / Income-tax authorities from time to time 3. Ensure compliance of all GST / Income-tax returns and payments as per statutory timelines 4. Advise internal stakeholders on matters related to GST / Income-tax implications, regulatory requirements etc. 5. Review of agreements and other documents from taxation compliance perspective Experience : Minimum 4 years post qualification (preferred experience in E-commerce industry)
