Swiggy - Manager - Human Resource

Position : Manager HR - West1

Location: Mumbai

1. Responsible for end to end HR Functions for West 1 (Mumbai,Nagpur)

2. Lead Employee Development and Engagement activities

3. Driving and ensuring adherence to Performance Management Network - planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers

4. Maintains the Org. structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions selection, conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.

5. Engaging talent through Employee Connect - Succession Planning & Talent Management.

6. Resolving employee grievances.

7. Ensuring compliance to statutory areas and allied national projects in the fields of employee engagement and recognition.

8. Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating and recommending human resource policies and procedures.

9. Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.

10. Handling IR related matters for West Region

11. Contribute to the Central IR and ER to design/executing required interventions for the organisation.

Work Experience-

1. At least 10 years of experience in HR. Preferably having experience in HRBP and Handling Field staff

2. Good Communication skills

3. Prior experience of IR/Employee relations exposure is a desired requirement
