Provide direction, counselling and coaching that enables leaders to make sound talent decisions and promote employee engagement and healthy, positive & productive employee relations. Proactively work with the business to implement and strategically drive talent management programs to improve leadership capabilities, ensure succession planning, high potential identification and development objectives in achievement of overall business strategy. Bring creativity and innovative thinking to the process. Facilitate and support business change and performance across supported groups through the implementation of an effective people strategy; influence significant business decisions through a close partnership with a team leader and the leadership team. Effectively administer the performance management process, including: compensation planning, calibration sessions, and facilitating line manager excellence in managing low performers, recognizing high performers, and ensuring that employees have objective plans. Partner with the business unit leaders to ensure that employees are treated in an equitable and consistent manner and Company policies and practices. Find the right balance between the business needs and employee advocacy. Provide consultation to managers on employee engagement strategies with their teams. As one of the team members, share the responsibility to partner with internal and external stakeholders to evaluate market competitiveness of our Total rewards and analyse the data to draw actionable insights for implementation. This includes participating in external forums, partnering with internal TA teams & business teams to understand trends, gathering market trends through self networks and any other sources that you find useful. Assist with retention strategies for key talent. Support the development of employees through the execution of succession planning and talent review. Support employee engagement strategies in response to business needs and employee survey feedback. Partner with management to ensure proactive and effective performance management and follow through. Manage required employee relations investigations and other sensitive employee matters. Must have 3-5 years of relevant experience in organization development, human resources Business partnering and talent planning or if you think you possess the desired skills, High achiever in his/her chosen area with proven success track record Ability to work on multiple simultaneous projects and meet tight deadlines, be a creative and strategic thinker, work comfortably in group settings. Ability to influence, coach and consult with all levels of the organization in a positive and effective manner. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, highly adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment. Capable of leveraging HR metrics, drawing insights from plain data and information, which will enable informed decision making.
