Swiggy - Manager - Finance - CA/ICWA

Job Description :

1. Develop processes and capabilities to support expansion plans.

2. Build mechanism to trace standard vs actual cost for each SKU.

3. Preparation of Annual/quarterly Budget Brand wise, outlet wise and at corporate level.

4. Preparation of rolling forecast and its analysis with budget, actual and prior periods.

5. Implementation, Monitoring and Control of Budgets through timely reporting and meeting with functional leads.

6. Preparation monthly profit and loss statement, financial statements and performance measurement reports.

7. Managing budgets based on authority levels and limits and taking necessary actions to control and reduce cost.

8. Preparation of variance analysis reports and investigating the reason for cost control purpose and to make recommendations.

9. Suggest updates and improvements in accounting, SCM and Cost control systems and processes.

10. Actively participate in negotiation process to cut down the cost.

11. Other reporting requirements as advised from time to time.

Requirement :

1. CA / ICWAI with minimum 4 to 5 years of Quick Service Restaurant experience

2. Should have managed a team of 5 to 6 members.

3. Ability to analyse P&L statements, apply timeliness and accuracy in recording and reporting.

4. Knowledge of costing and inventory management is must.

5. Someone with a hands-on, pro-active approach; taking personal responsibility and initiative to prevent or resolve problems
