Job Responsibilities : - Assist in building out strategic plan, working with functions in&nbsp;determining functional targets, performing rigorous analysis on initiatives and&nbsp;reporting to senior stakeholders - Work with functional teams in articulating strategy and vision for relevant&nbsp;stakeholders - Ownership and responsibility of gathering market intelligence to drive&nbsp;best-in-class business processes along with functional leaders - Ability to scope ambiguous problems, structure them and see them through&nbsp;execution independently once the action plan is signed-off - Work with functional teams in identifying new initiatives and focus areas&nbsp;keeping in mind the organizational goals - Assist in data-driven decision making by running pilots and studying - Communicating with senior stakeholders including functional heads and CXOs&nbsp;on progress and analytical insights Desired Candidate : - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or related&nbsp;technical degree. If the problem solving and analytical skills are strong, we&nbsp;are flexible with educational background - 1-3 years' experience preferably in a consulting or analytics environment.
