Roles & responsibilities : - Strategizing the end to end lead management process and proactively drive the conversion - Interfacing with corporate clients and solve their requirements by offering right corporate solutions - Relationship building and handling of key corporate accounts for Swiggy Corporate - Negotiating commercials based on guardrails setup and converting the client - End to end execution of campaigns - BD to delivery and post-sales support - Interface with cross functional teams - legal, finance, engineering, product ops for campaign execution - Ensuring high quality CX for clients - Business reporting of weekly, monthly client funnel movement Requirements : - High-degree of ownership, bias for action and relationship building acumen - Influencing and listening skills are core requisites for the role - Excellent communication skills - written and verbal - Experience negotiating commercials - 4+ Years in a B2B Sales environment
