- The GM for Supply Strategy will primarily work on building levers that enable restaurants to grow their business on Swiggy across the order funnel along with building offline levers for growth. The GM is expected to be a voice of the restaurant within Swiggy that focuses on building solutions from a restaurant's perspective to ensure that all product and initiatives built are a Win Win for the marketplace - The role would require heavy interaction with the product team in building out the growth levers as well as working with stakeholders across functions that enable the growth levers. For eg. - If Content Quality is a growth lever, then the team will work with the Catalogue team at Swiggy to build out SOPs and tools that enable restaurants to grow business via content enrichment - The team will work very closely with the Sales teams to enable them for providing customised growth levers basis the age, cuisine, revenue portfolio of the restaurant. The team will establish the marketplace framework within which the growth levers will be built. The role will also require to setup the entire data analytics that helps the sales teams to understand the restaurant's business with actionable insights - The team will be expected to run experiments and pilots to validate hypothesis with product teams and build scale and GTM plan for different growth levers - On ground research to identify vendor demands for business growth. - The GM will be required to build close relations with key vendors to get continuous feedback on products and growth levers. He will also be expected to set up a small community of partners that are a permanent source of feedback - The role requires to analytically study and share insights for restaurant level consumer behaviour that helps identify potential opportunities for restaurants to grow their business on Swiggy - In addition to the above focus on Restaurant Growth, the role will also require short studies/experiments for initiatives on the Supply team. - Preferred background in management consulting with a strong affinity for data analytics and data driven decision making - 2-4 years Work Experience post MBA From Premier Institutes only - Strong capabilities in stakeholder management,Strong Communication and Presentation Skills Primary and Secondary research capabilities
