General Manager HRBP (Technology)
Role Description :
HRBP for the Technology team, who will be in-charge of one or more technology teamsAt Swiggy, we focus on holistic development of an employee and we strive to deliver seamless employee experience across the employee lifecycle. Responsibilities : The role-holder will....- Be responsible for managing the employee lifecycle of the respective team members
- Work together with the respective business leaders to put in place effective people practices to help the business achieve its short term and long term goals & build a workplace which everyone will be proud to be a part of
- Be responsible for working with the COEs and driving key rituals viz., talent management, performance management, compensation planning and manpower planning activities
- Craft custom programs that will enable Capability development and Talent Management
- Be responsible for crafting strategies and executing them
What you will need :- Experience of having worked in high growth and fast paced environment / Prior HRBP experience in tech functions would be an added advantage
