- Drive 3rd party monetization charter for Swiggy Marketplace, with focus on establishing long term partnerships with top advertisers and brands. - Work with marketers, Brand managers and other brand stakeholders to understand their objectives and plans, and craft custom solutions to meet those objectives. - Drive thought leadership in brand monetisation using 3P Ad slots and sampling offering. - Work closely with strategic clients and Agencies by chalking out Joint business plans with key advertisers. - Proactively managing sales activity, pipeline and lead generation to levels that achieve budgeted goals. - Developing preferred partnership with top players in the FMCG / F&amp;B categories through fact finding on brands, marketing plans with accurate information and feedback for past campaigns and ensuring smooth execution of deals. - Lead a team (2-3) of high commitment individuals to drive business results.
