Job Responsibilities : - Act as a mini CEO for your designated cluster and accounts and manage a team of 6 - 8 Account managers - Help the City's leadership team to build a strategy to significantly increase Dineout's footprint in your cluster - Coordinate with the city management team on strategic planning and objectives - Develop and own relationships with key decision-makers across the F&B market in your area and facilitate penetration to ensure best-in-class supply. - Build a 360 vision of the quality of the supply in your region and a plan on how to fix the gaps and Lead a team of account managers to ensure that your team is meeting the company's AOP targets - Develop tools and processes to contribute to greater productivity and efficiency of your team - Implement strategies with restaurant partners to enhance productivity and opportunities to maintain a competitive advantage for the Dineout website - Develop a High Performing Team, Help in recruitment, Coaching & mentoring
