Job Description: - Lead the central warehousing strategy and design, launches and expansion - Setup in-house warehouses and work with 3PLs for comanaged warehouses - Manage control tower - real time monitoring and follow-ups - Design scalable processes, implement SOPs and drive continuous process improvement - Own the warehousing P&L - Work closely with the product and the ground ops team to design scalable solutions - Work cross-functionally to drive compliance, audits and learning and development - Monitor and optimise mid-mile Desired Skills : - Relevant work experience of 8-10 years with a penchant for Leadership. - A competent decision-maker with the ability to balance out hustle and structural problem solving - The candidate should have the vision and passion and thrive towards building the best efficient supply chain in the industry - Out of box thinking and an efficient problem solver - MBA from Premium Institute
