- Program manage growth initiatives and campaign analysis - Coordinating and executing campaigns on Pop for new user acquisitions - Monitor and and share insights to reduce overall CAC for Pop - Analyse and work closely with marketing team to drive effectiveness of various marketing initiatives (digital, offline, brand track etc.) - Analyze impact of campaigns and publish dashboards to track the same - Publishing monthly and weekly emails/newsletters - Detailing highlights of the month, case studies of successful campaigns/initiatives - Detailing key metrics of growth, menu, supply - Data to be sourced from WBR - Sharing insights on business performance metrics like repeats, retention, DAU and execute strategies to improve the performance on these metrics - Execute and program manage strategic growth initiatives - Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for these initiatives - Ensure seamless execution of these initiatives keeping all relevant stakeholders updated and in loop
