- Involve in setting up dashboards for performance tracking - Own data trends, weekly/ monthly reports, RCAs, and insights - Shall be owning Overall Business weekly/monthly reports/tracking with detailed insights - Help set up City/Business alerts to close the loop on any issues Business performance and planning - Involve in building forecasting /projection models for the business planning - Involve in detail business analysis and performance tracking with regular RCA'S - Ensure close coordination with City Business Teams and Central Teams to drive business objectives and goals - Creating and Managing business reviews - Program manage business initiatives across functions - Product, Finance, Marketing, and Operations team Promotions - Efficiently run promotions to increase NUA, retention, and repeat rate - Test different offer constructs to arrive at the optimal ones to reduce the burn Pricing strategy - Ideate and build impact sizing on revenue improvement line items - Run A/B experiments to understand customer WTP and establish price elasticity Desired Candidates: - 1/2 years of experience in strategy, consulting, analytics role - Proficient in Excel (MUST) and SQL preferred - Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, pro-activeness, and the ability to take ownership of projects is a must.
