Business Associate - Supply & Marketplace Strategy

Responsibilities

- Work on special projects to help create new opportunities to plug the food supply gaps in the market- either through Private brads, or Partner brands.

- Creating a Promotional calendar with associated benefits for different kinds of consumer sets (New users, dormant users, heavy users).

- Helping the kitchens to optimise operations and build a robust financial model for higher EBITA.

- Designing & Implementing the analytical projects for insights which drive business goals & decisions

- Analyzing various business scenarios and recommending prompt actions for exponentially expanding business

- Co-create initiatives to the business teams to meet business objectives (orders, kitchen PnL, engagement, conversions).

- Enable the strategy on the business (PB/ Access/ New initiatives) in conjunction with the New Supply Strategy team on the following (examples)

1. Menu item principles definition and listing logic on the consumer app to maximize conversions

2. Revenue formats & pricing principles to define maximum gains for marketplace and restaurant brand (PB/ Access)

3. Determine tests to be put in place for New Supply to optimally drive user acquisition and P&L goals

4. Identify and co-create new business models to harness consumer opportunities (e.g. Strategic brand tie ups/ New brand creation/ complimentary category creation etc.)

Preferred Candidate

- 2-3 years of work experience in Business Development, Commercial/Go-To- Market/Growth Strategy. Great understanding of drivers of the commercial model will be a huge asset for the candidate.

- B.E./B.Tech from a premium institute preferred. CA's are also welcome to apply.

- Effective Analytical & Communications Skills- Excel skills are a must.

- Attitude & Aptitude for Process & Systems

- Ability to work as a team player in a target driven work environment

- Ability to lead projects from conceptualization to closure, leveraging internal resources to get things done.

- Required Skills: Microsoft Office especially Excel & Powerpoint, SAS, Qlikview, Google Analytics
