Roles And Responsibilities : - Ownership for the end-to-end execution of inwarding (GRN) processes at&nbsp;a city/zone level for all perishable/non-perishable SKUs. - Work closely with pod operations and procurement teams to drive&nbsp;process adherence and meet inwarding turn-around-time targets. - Responsible for supplier wise weekly/monthly reconciliation of the&nbsp;GRNs with the finance teams to enable timely payout. - Set-up processes on inwarding capacity &amp; slots for fnv and WH shipments and track adherence. - Build ad-hoc reports to analyze pod/supplier wise discrepancies and&nbsp;implement POA on the same. - Help in analysis on availability of critical SKUs from an inwarding&nbsp;time and process point of view. - Program manage cold chain capacity and utilization to maximize&nbsp;availability keeping storage guidelines and IGCC under check. Desired Skills : - Experience of managing a team in similar operations role - Should have good documentation and team management skills - Good interpersonal and analytical abilities - Flexible to work in a dynamic team environment with changing&nbsp;priorities and deadlines - 6- years overall experience and 1+ years of team management experience - Expertise in Excel and SQL.
